Challenge
Keep pace with a growing cashmere collection and give every product page the same polish and consistency as White and Warren's on-model campaign photography.
services
Pre-Production - Coordinated with the White and Warren team each season to plan out flat-lay shot lists that pair with their on-model photography for every product page.
Production - A four-person crew, a producer, a photographer, a stylist, and a retoucher, shoots the flat-lay "pin-up" images that sit alongside White and Warren's on-model shots on their PDP pages.
Post-Production - Consistent retouching across every style, season after season, so the catalog reads as one cohesive collection no matter how many pieces are added.
Four years in, the process has gotten simple on White and Warren's end, and that's by design. Pre-production is mapped out season to season, so when a new collection is ready, White and Warren sends over a shot list and the samples and steps back. They don't have to walk us through it or check in along the way, because they know what they're going to get.
When White and Warren went through a brand refresh and updated their labels, the shift showed up the same way. New shots picked up the new label going forward; no separate project required. Every season, the same consistent images, delivered the same reliable way. That track record is what lets them hand it off and focus on everything else on their plate.
We've been shooting those images for White and Warren since October 2022, working through new collections every season. The job isn't about one big reinvention. It's about showing up season after season and delivering flat-lays that match, style to style, drop to drop, so the catalog never feels patched together even as the collection keeps growing.
That consistency is what the relationship has been built on.
"Razor Creative Labs has been a reliable partner in elevating our brand's product photography for the past 2 years. The team is remarkably easy to work with when it comes to all pre and post-production needs, and they always deliver high-quality assets in a timely manner. You can tell that they really prioritize their client's needs and value the relationships that they have built. Their quality of work is great, and they have become an indispensable partner to us."
Haley Nathanson, White and Warren
White and Warren makes women's cashmere, and their product pages pair on-model photography with a flat-lay apparel photography "pin-up" shot of each piece. That pin-up image is where Razor Creative Labs comes in. It's not the flashiest part of the page, but it's the shot that shows a customer exactly what they're buying: the true color, the texture, the fit of the knit laid flat.
On the page, the two images do different jobs. The on-model shot sells the feeling, how the piece drapes, how it's styled, and what it looks like worn. The pin-up shot sells the facts. It's the customer's chance to see the actual garment with nothing between them and the product: color true to life, the knit pattern up close, the cut and proportions without a body in the way. For a customer deciding whether to make a luxury purchase online, that second look matters. It's often what turns browsing into a buy.
